1. Placement Test

All students are encouraged to take a placement test consisting of both written and oral parts. This is intended to assess the appropriate course level for each student before embarking on the study course.

2. Material

Professional text books.
Materials developed by our own or other professional organizations.
Hand-outs such as newspapers and magazines.
Multimedia-CD-ROM, Audio CD.

3. Class

We put a strong emphasis on practical skills over and above academic study. Half of the class time is devoted to speaking and listening comprehension, role-play, group dynamics and vocabulary games. The remaining class time is spent reviewing, and dealing with personal experiences and different daily situations. In order to enhance our students listening comprehension, we will change the teacher every four to eight weeks.

4. Learn in Life

Teachers will organize field trips for students to practice their language in real life situations.

5.Feedback Questionnaire

Students are requested to fill out a questionnaire to let us know your degree of satisfaction with our teaching and overall service. Your honest response in giving us feedback, whether good or bad is appreciated and helps us constantly to improve our quality of teaching and customer service.

6. Development Report

A developmental report every 20 to 30 lessons will enable each student to check on his or her progress. However, you can get (and indeed are encouraged to ask for) personalized feedback from your teachers at any time.

7. Quality System

Our school conducts section evaluations to assess the abilities of each teacher. Our Training Department conducts regular meetings and also observes classes in order to oversee our team of teachers.

8. Certificate

At the end of the course, we will issue a certificate to those students who have a more than 80% attendance record and pass the course-end test. This certificate includes the duration and name of the course, plus a commentary on the students' proficiency level.
