1. Application Procedure

1. Complete the Application Form in full, and send either a)on line, orb) in person.
2. All bookings with application forms will be confirmed with invoices within 24 hours(except over weekends),
3. Send the Payment to our school.
4. After receipt of your total payment, we will issue you with a letter of acceptance.

2. Payment

1. An initial payment of RMB1000 ( non-refundable deposit ) must be received upon bookinga course.
2. Tuition: Full payment must be received two weeks prior to the course starting date;
Accommodation: Full payment must be made four weeks before the accommodation starting date.
3. Local application: Payment can be made by cash, credit card (in person) or bank wire transfer;
Overseas application: Payment can be made by bank wire transfer ONLY.
4. Payment must be sent without charges to the beneficiary. Any bank fees deducted will be charged to the student directly and must be received by us in cash on the first day of the course.

3. General Conditions

1.It is the responsibility of the student to obtain all documents necessary to enter China. The Mandarin Educationwill not be held responsible if a student fails in obtaining the proper documentation to permit entry to China.
2. Upon arrival at The Mandarin Education and prior to the start of study, the student must make complete payment of their program fees.
“Program Fees”includes fees for all selected courses and services arranged through The Mandarin Education.
3. All students agree to observe The Mandarin Education 's rules and regulations.
4. All students agree to accept The Mandarin Education refund policy.
5. We strongly recommend students attending a program to have comprehensive medical insurance to cover their entire study period. The Center is not responsible for any illness or accident which may possibly befall the student during the period of the study program.
6. If a group has less than two participants, The Mandarin Educationmay, at its discretion, reduce the class duration from fifty minutes to thirty minutes per lesson.
7. If students are placed in a class that they feel is not appropriate (i.e. too easy or too hard), it will be possible (and desirable ) for them to move to another class. Students should make the request and attend another class for a trial lesson.
8. Students are required to sign class attendance forms.
9. The schedules for group classes are fixed. If students cannot attend their classes on schedule, The Mandarin Educationisn't responsible for arranging for a make-up class.
10. Students who take private tutoring are required to inform The Mandarin Educationof any absences or changes at least one working day in advance of the class. If prior notice is not given, the student will forfeit that class.
11. Audio and/or video recorders may not be used in class.
12. Students are responsible for any and all damages caused whether at the Center or receiving tuition elsewhere and must directly compensate the owner of the property involved.

4. Refund Policy

1. The deposit of RMB1000 is non-refundable.
2. Any change that results in a shortening of the program duration or a downgrade in the program intensity will be subject to The Mandarin Education refund policy.

　Accommodation refund
If students wish to cancel or amend their accommodation arrangements after arrival, they must give The Mandarin Education four weeks notice. All fees paid for accommodation after these four weeks will be refunded, less the administrative fee of RMB1000. There will be no refunds on accommodation changes for stays of six weeks or less.

　VISA rejection
Students who are refused a visa to enter China are entitled to a complete refund less the deposit of RMB1000.
